A New Harmony: Equity, Access, and Belonging

Equity, access and belonging are mission-based initiatives which can help choruses better reflect their mission and values by comprehensively considering the needs of their singers, audience, and administrative teams. Because each chorus is unique, however, this process will look completely different for each organization. This session will present ideas from GALA Chorus's A New Harmony workbook, a resource which provides conversation guides to review existing policies and consider possibilities for change to better serve the individuals and communities around us.
