Reece Windjack

Reece Windjack is pursuing a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership at the University of Central Florida, building on his degrees in Choral Music Education and Political Science from Florida State University. An Eastman Music Leadership alum, Reece is passionate about supporting the development of future leaders in the arts. He currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Youth Committee for the International Federation for Choral Music (IFCM), an international team focused on global youth choral involvement. Mr. Windjack has presented at the Florida ACDA Conference and the Florida Undergraduate Research Conference, and was recently published in the Choral Journal, the official publication of the American Choral Directors Association. Mr. Windjack is also a recipient of the Florida Vocal Association's Elaine McNamara Music Education Scholarship. Reece has gained valuable experience in arts administration and education through roles with the Interlochen Arts Academy, Tallahassee Community Chorus, the SPHINX Organization, and the Stuttering Association for the Youth. As a former foster youth, Reece has focused his work on arts education access and educational equity.
