Boston Will Attempt to Break Caroling Record on Saturday

November 29, 2011

"This Saturday, Keith Lockhart [conductor of the Boston Pops] and the Tanglewood Festival Chorus will attempt to lead thousands of carolers in an effort to break the Guinness Book of World Records for the “Most Carolers in one Place” at the Christian Science Plaza.

"To beat the current record-holder in Australia, the singing group needs to amass more than 9,100 carolers in one spot and sing for 15 minutes straight."
